At Party at Lewis we want to make shopping for Your Special Occasion as easy and convenient as possible, thus we have created our easy return policy. The purpose is for you our customer to order well ahead of your event, order enough products for your event and not be concerned with time limits and the added cost of re-stocking fee's for you to return what you do not use. We will even send you a UPS label at our discounted rate. Below are the details.
A: Order may be returned within 120 days from the date of purchase. Discrepancies, damage or dissatisfaction with your order must be reported to us within 7 days from the receipt of your order, so please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.
B: No re-stocking fee.
C: A UPS return label will be e-mailed to you at our discounted rate. The cost of the return label would be deducted from your refund and if you do not use the label, you are not charged for the label.
NOTE: That if you are just returning a couple small items you may find it more cost effective to ship the items back using the US Postal Service. We are unable to e-mail US Postal Service labels.
THE FINE PRINT:
A: Your quantity discount would be adjusted for the whole order for the items that you return. For example if you originally ordered 48 items and qualified for a 25% discount and returned 12 items, your order would be recalculated at a 20% discount. You can see our Mix N Match discount rates at the top of this page.
B: All items must be returned un-open and in new re-sellable condition.
C: Make sure that you pack your return securely. If we do receive items back damaged we will determine at our discretion if the order was packed securely. If we find that it was, we will open a damage claim with UPS and you would still receive your refund under this policy.
D: Items that are in our closeout section does not qualify for this policy and would be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
E: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
