Party at Lewis is operated by real people. With that, we take customer service seriously—it is, by far, the number one reason we stay in business.


All orders are subject to approval by our main office. We reserve the right to cancel orders which indicate fraud, lack of inventory reserve and other specific reasons. Orders already processed cannot be canceled by the purchaser. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon many factors, and may be delayed by Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other circumstances which are unavoidable or beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping problems incurred after packages leave our warehouse, but will do everything we can to correct them.

In most cases, orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX and Pay Pal.

If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please go on our web site and shop as normal. When you have completed your order click on Shopping Cart Calculate Shipping on the top right. Then click estimate shipping and enter your zip code. Print this screen and send it with your check, which would include the amount for the shipping option that you want. Mailed in checks and money orders do take an additional 7 business days to process once we receive the check.

The prices shown on this web site today supersede those published in any previous price list. We attempt to maintain published prices, however, due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice.

All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us (you can call us at: 586-445-1593) within 10 days of receipt to report any discrepancies, damage or dissatisfaction with your order. Refusing delivery does not constitute a canceled order and we would charge for the return shipping costs that the carrier will charge us. Items damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.

If there are shortages in the order (i.e. less quantity than you ordered), please contact us within five days so we can expedite the request. We will determine if a shortage was due to adjusted inventory levels or if the items was lost in transit.


We've taken great measures to provide a simple-to-use online shopping cart. However, if you'd prefer to place an order by phone, we're happy to help. Our phone number is 586-445-1593. Our home office is open for business Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm EST. We do require that you have all the items codes ready for the product when you place your order over the phone.
