Shipping and Payment Details

Terms of Sale: All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.

Terms: In most cases, orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. We do accept payment by Company Purchase Order on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss this option and get approval before placing your order.

Our products become your property upon delivery to the transporting carrier.

Pricing Terms: The prices shown on this web site supersede those published in any previous price list. We attempt to maintain published prices, however, due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice.

Freight: Please indicate your preferred routing with your order, otherwise our Traffic Department will select a routing for shipment of your order. Currently the available routings from the warehouse include Truck, UPS, and USPS. Basic ground shipping charges applies to ground shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Shipments which are required to be sent via U.S. Postal Priority Mail (destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc). will be billed for any additional costs incurred above the fee that our shopping cart charges at the time of placing the order.

Claims and Returns: Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 20% rehandling charge will apply to any returns. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. You must call us at 866-417-8563 for a return authorization code before returning merchandise.

Shortages: Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 business days from the date of delivery. We will then work to determine if the shortage is due to the item being out of stock or if the item was lost/stolen during shipment.

We maintain a very good inventory and strive to ship all orders 100% complete and within 3-5 business days, but if we are out of stock on an item we will do our best to get the item for you before your event.

Please be aware that UPS Standard shipping is quicker and less expensive as displayed on our web site, but they do charge a customs brokerage fee as per the chart below. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees involved, which will be collected by the courier you choose upon arrival. Most of our products are manufactured in North America and not subject to duties tax. USPS with cooperation with the Canadian postal service charges a flat $5.00 customs brokerage fee. All fees and taxes are correct to best of our knowledge, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of such. All country's we ship to are listed on our web site and will calculate the shipping charges. If your country is not listed we do not service you at this time. UK customers is strongly recommended to choose USPS as their shipping method in that all other couriers charge an unreasonable brokerage fee to clear your products thru customs. All other country's be sure to check before ordering what your duties, taxes and fees will be as they vary between country's.
