1: Do you have a catalog? No we do not. Our web-site is maintained daily to insure our customers get the most accurate pricing and new products as they become available. Party at Lewis is committed to offering our customers the latest new patterns for every holiday season and special events.

2: Do you offer samples? Samples would have to be called in and most are shipped as complete packs unless we have open packs available at a 30% discount plus the shipping charges. Maximum 5 items per customer.

3: Why did I not get the quantity discount? The quantity discounts are not based on the pieces in the pack, but the pack. Some items are sold individually and also apply towards the quantity discount.

4: How much is shipping? On the right of every product screen on our web site there is a mini basket. After adding all your items to the basket, click on the link at the bottom of the mini basket that says shipping calculator, type in your zip code and there you go. It also will calculate shipping to all country's to which we sell to including APO addresses. The mini basket also calculates your quantity discount as you are shopping.

5: How long will it take to receive my order? We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. To better serve you we require the date of the event that you need your products by when you check out. We keep a very good inventory, but if we are out of an item we will do our very best to get it in and to you before that date or contact you if there is no way to do so. Next day and second day orders are handled as priority and placed ahead of all orders. They will ship the same day as long as we receive the order by 2pm EST
