Shipping Information

We make every effort to charge accurate and affordable shipping charges. You may select from several carrier shipping methods during checkout.

To calculate shipping prior to placing your order, visit your cart and click "estimate shipping rates". The rates provided on the cart page are an estimate, dependent upon you entering the proper ship-to location information.

UPS shipping is available for US/48 (all US States except for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments which are required to be sent via U.S. Postal Priority Mail (destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc) may include additional fees which cannot be pre-calculated. Such fees imposed by the carrier will be billed post-order and you will be notified of such.

For freight shipments, you will need to indicate your preferred routing with your order, otherwise our Traffic Department will select the best routing method.

When you will receive your order is dependent upon a few factors: available inventory, order placement time and shipping method. At times, we may need to adjust processing times, but always strive to make sure shipments arrive in advance of your event date.

When placing your order, you will be asked to enter the date of your event. This is so we can adjust processing times in attempt to make sure all customers receive their orders in time. Please be accurate, as we use all our resources to get items to you on time. It is your responsibility to allow enough time for the shipping method you pick and our normal 2-3 days processing time to receive your order by your event date. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipments will ship the same business day that we receive them as long as we receive the order by 2PM EST. All shipping times are based on business days.

We maintain a very good inventory and strive to ship all orders, 100% complete, within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, we may be out of stock of an item previously noted as in stock. If this happens, we will do our best to get the item to you before the date of event. If this is not possible we will refund those items.

This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times from our warehouse. This time is based on business days.

Please be aware that UPS Standard shipping is quicker and less expensive than most other methods, but there is a customs brokerage fee as per the chart below. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees involved, which will be collected by the courier you choose upon arrival. Most of our products are manufactured in North America and are not subject to duties tax. USPS, with cooperation with the Canadian Postal Service, charges a flat $5.00 customs brokerage fee. All fees and taxes are correct to best of our knowledge, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of such. We ship to many, but not all countries. If your country is not listed as a Ship-To destination, we are unable to provide service to you at this time. We regularly analyze possibilities of shipping to additional countries and may update the list at any time.

UK customers are strongly advised to use USPS as their shipping carrier in order to incur the lowest brokerage fee. Many other carriers charge high amounts for shipments to the UK.

Residents of all other countries are advised to check what duties, taxes and fees will be before ordering. These charges (which must be paid by you upon receipt) vary by country and often fluctuate.
