How can I add to my order?

You would have to call us to add to an order that has already been placed. We have no access to your credit card information so please have that ready when you call. We are unable to modify any order that has began our fulfillment process.

How do I see how much shipping will be before ordering?

In the right-hand column of our site there is a mini-cart which displays all items in your cart. From here you can also click "estimate ship costs" and enter the Ship-To state, zip code and country.

Do you offer samples?

We do offer sample pricing on some items. This is a discount of up to 30% with flat rate shipping. Not all items are available as samples. Please call us at 1-866-417-8563 to request sample information.

Your store is rejecting my credit card, but all information is correct.

Our system uses AVS verification, which looks at the Bill To street address and zip code and matches it against the billing address reported by the credit card company. You must enter the address to which you receive your card statement. If you know the information is correct, you should call your card company and confirm that they are reporting the proper address to AVS systems.

Our system also may reject orders if the CVV or CID (the 3- or 4-digit number on front or back of card) does not match.
